The food was not great, it was very average. I expected 5 star breakfast but it was like breakfast in guesthouse.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. But I think the breakfast was very poor. It did not meet my expectation.

we liked everything about service, room, and facilities but it would have been perfect if the food was good!

it’s a bit away from main town but it’s really good location and we felt very exclusive away from the town. we booked deluxe room and it has bathtub and beautiful balcony. there is baggy service 24 hours so no need to walk from lobby to the room.

Everything from property, to location to team. Every detail was very well thought. The team is very well trained, to not just provide excellent service but exceptional customer delight. Being an ex-hotelier. I am impressed.

The restaurant was great for breakfast but expensive (in comparison to local food in town) for lunch/dinner. We'd have liked to stay in and eat a couple of nights but couldn't justify the cost when a free shuttle service to town was available. We struggled with the hot water on the first day but after reporting to reception, a handyman arrived in less than 15 minutes. He informed us that we need to run taps in both sinks, bath and shower for 5-10 minutes sometimes before the hot water comes through. We noticed that several others have reported lack of hot water and think that some instructions in the bathroom to explain this would have been helpful.

This hotel is on a huge site. There are free bikes that can be used to navigate the pathways, golf cart style buggies that staff use to transport you to/from your room on request and boardwalk style pathways around the 'paddy field' styled centre of the resort. The main reception area has pleasant and attractive decor and lots of interesting things dotted around. A great hotel with well spaced villa style rooms. We stayed in an upgraded executive deluxe room in a block of 4. It was at least double the size of a standard room with a very comfortable 6ft bed. The pillows were amazingly comfy. The bathroom was huge with a great walk in shower, a freestanding bath, double sinks and separate WC. There was plenty of wardrobe space and an in room safe. Air con was very controllable and wasn't turned off when the room was cleaned so the room stayed cool. Plenty of electrical sockets in convenient places for charging phones, ipads, cameras, laptops etc. The usual tea/coffee making facilities were provided and complimentary water was left every day. There were so many different lighting options, it took us a while to figure out all the different light switches. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. They cater for all nationalities. There are 3 pools. One is 47m long, one is smaller and ideal for children, one is a small plunge pool. We used the large pool and it was great. Plenty of towels, sun loungers and parasols were available. There is also a bar service for a cheeky cocktail poolside. The free shuttle service to/from town was great but only runs every 2 hours and you need to pre-book. Service at this hotel was superb and any queries/issues were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Everyone working here was so friendly and polite. We definitely recommend staying here and we would be happy to return in future.

The staff was really friendly and supportive. The resort feels like as if you stay in your own countryside home in the middle of rice fields.

We weren’t prepared for everything at the hotel to be charged in USD (this made everything a bit more expensive for us because of the exchange rate), but it didn’t make our stay any less enjoyable. Highly recommend Pullman to anyone coming to Luang Prabang :)

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was awesome, the free shuttle to town is super quick, efficient and easy. Everyone here is so nice and we had an incredible stay.

I accidentally broke a plastic soap dish in the shower so let the staff know at check out. They tried to charge me $50, then $30 to replace it. Soured the experience for me a bit.
