The restaurant on the premises was good. They deviated from the menu when asked. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facility was a block from the Mediterranean Sea which was nice. They had full time security 24/7.

The hotel’s family members interact positively with multilingual capacity. Cleanliness beyond expectations. Everything feels like new; except for the building.👌 Ask for Adam’s orange juice 🍊 An example of neighbourhood economy; all employees live around the hotel.

This is a nice hotel, and probably the only one in the area where you would like to stay. 5 minutes walk to the Corniche. It has a lovely atmosphere, restaurants nearby. The staff is fabulous, and El Mina itself is charming. You cannot say that about Tripoli!

Via Mina in Tripoli is the ONLY hotel I will stay at. I’ve visited Lebanon twice and stayed there both times. Excellent customer service to the point you feel like family. Beautiful grounds and everyone is very attentive. Walking distance to the water. It’s the perfect location. Highly recommend!

Fantastic overall atmosphere and probably the best value for money anywhere in Lebanon during the high season: The design, location close to the sea, the size and layout of the rooms, as well as the small swimming pool and amazing hospitality of the staff. Running a boutique hotel in a converted villa at this level in this part of the world is impressive. As always you need to appreciate the context, culture and timing.
