Excellent!!! Very quiet and peaceful place. The house is located in a beautiful shady green garden. An ideal place for independent living. Very large, spacious rooms with stylish interiors. The kitchen with everything you need for cooking is in the fresh air. Working wifi. Friendly owner and staff. The road to the villa is uphill (but for me this is not a problem). Therefore, a daily five-minute cardio workout is guaranteed to you). Enjoyed every day of being here. I want to come back again!

Raju, the owner, will be on site, most of the time, at your check in time and /or during your stay in order to give all the support and information that you need. Francesca, the manager, will be tour referenti during the rental process, mostly by mail or WhatsApp.

How do you imagine your next holiday in Sri Lanka? Relaxing in the nature, of course. Marked by the slow pace of life and pleasure of Asian Lands, enriched by fragrances and tastes which awake your souls. Dionis Villa is a good place to relax: located in Unawatuna, just a few meters from Unawatuna beach with its restaurants, cafes, shops, and a few minutes from the unspoilt Jungle Beaches. The property is composed by two houses connected by the garden, a relaxing patio as a common space and a roof top terrace with stunning jungle and ocean view. Chill in our cool exotic garden, with centenary fruit trees, coconut, mango, papaya, avocado, jackfruit trees and many flowers. It is more like a small jungle and keeps the place in a cool shadow. Seat in your private veranda or in the covered patio and watch the wildlife while you are drinking a cup of tea: jumping monkeys, lizards, squirrels, and many species of birds, such as parakeets, paradise flycatcher, humming birds and kingfishers. They all come to have a snack and bath in our place!

Dionis Villa is located in the South-West of Sri Lanka in Unawatuna. Unawatuna bay is a white sand beach shaped as a crescent moon. It offers turquoise blue water.The Buddhist temple right at the corner of the beach empathize the charm of Unawatuna. Unawatuna benefits from an ideal location to discover the southern part of the country and all its activities. ❖ International Airport Bandaranaike in Colombo: 160 km – 2h30 by Express way ❖ Colombo: 120 km ❖ Galle: 5 km in tuk tuk or local bus ❖ Beach: 5/7 minutes by walk
