Free WiFi access is available. Located in the southern coast of Sri Lanka, the property is approximately a 45-minute drive to Galle city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bandaranaike International Airport takes about a 2-hour drive away. Simply furnished, most rooms feature a four-poster bed, a mosquito net, desk and wardrobe. At Edelweiss Resort, guests can relax at the sun terrace offering pool and ocean beach or approach the staff for activities and travel arrangements like whale and dolphin and surfing. Laundry and airport shuttle services can also be arranged at an extra cost. At the in-house restaurant, guests can sample a selection of Sri Lankan and Continental dishes. Barbecues could be arranged if requested. For those wishing to have a meal by the ocean, there is plenty of space to dine by the side of the ocean with sounds of waves breaking the silence. The beach in front of the hotel is not suitable for swimming due to rocks. However a swimming/bathing spot within 5 minutes walking distance along the beach is there for those wishing to swim.
