Helpful staff, excellent view from room. Good bathrooms.
United KingdomWe stayed just one night but were happy to have a normal blanket (not Just a Sheet). We had a view to the lake and If we had more time we surely would have stayed a bit longer
Germanyfor what we needed it for it was great. it was a stop off in our travels. it doesn’t have air con in the rooms but the actual climate in Nuwara Eliya is much cooler than other parts of Sri Lanka so you didn’t feel like you needed it anyway. staff were really nice and offered to make us a takeaway breakfast for the next day as we were setting off early on our travels. we got a family room so two double beds, but overall it was comfy. bathroom could be nicer but it isn’t a 5 star resort so definitely does the job.
