Everything. The home stay is run by a lovely family. They are very hospitable and attentive. They offer a home cooked breakfast and dinner which is very delicious and the portions are huge! The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very big and there are extra blankets if you get cold. Nice shared kitchen with kettle/tea station and a table. There is also some lovely seating outside, overlooking Pedro tea fields. The home is a short walk from Lake Gregory. If you walk along the road you will find a set of stairs on your right which is a shortcut to the lake (10mins)

We spent a wonderful stay in Green Gregory Villa, everything was perfect ! I went there 5 years ago and was very happy to come back to this place, for so many things !! The hosts : very very nice, helpful in every thing, had good advices on activities, and they cooked delicious breakfasts and rice& curry for dinner, we definitely recommend to have these meals at their house ! The place : so lovely, just in front of tea plantations ! You will enjoy a cup of tea with a breath-taking view from the terrace, surrounded by nature sounds; a peaceful place.

The rooms were clean and tidy.The rooms are spacious and had enough furnishings.The host properly guided us regarding the tour .Breakfast prepared by host was very tasty .He even arranged a taxi for us while check out which was very kind of him as we were running out of time .

The property is everything you could wish for. The host makes you feel instantly welcome and serves lovely cups of tea from the amazing viewpoint outside the room. It’s immaculate, showers are hot, great location with a short walk along the lakeside via the short cut. Wish more places were as good. Would recommend again.

Wonderful place to spend a couple of days while exploring the area around Nuwara Eliya. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. It is very quiet and peaceful and it is easy to get good rest here. I loved watching the bird migration at sunrise and sunset and the breakfast and dinner offerings are some of the best I had in all of Sri Lanka. Dinner is basically a rice and curry buffet with so much flavor and variety in the dishes. It was an absolute pleasure to be welcomed into the host's home to enjoy the meal and learn a little bit about local culture. Very highly recommend!

What an amazing place is this. The moment we arrived we said to eachother that we want to stay longer. You have an amazing view on the tea plantation, and a valley. Also at 6 am and pm a big group of birds fly from the Gregory lake to a place behind the homestay, amazing to watch. When this has not make you curious, then the kind family will do. They helped us with everything and even let us taste different fruits from their own garden. We stayed for dinner and everyday was a different varieties of dishes and flavours. Long story short: Highly recommended! Thank you so much Manoj and family!

Lovely view of tea plantation right in front of room. 10 minutes walk to Gregory Lake via shortcut. Host Priyanka was nice to prepare dinner for me even though it was for only 1 person & the food was delicious
