The hotel owner was the best. She helped us with so many things like changing money or helping us to find the next covid testing center. The staff there was in general just really great! We even got a free meal in the evening, as there was a big wedding happening that night.

Really perfect overnight stay. The owner is extremely nice and helpful, arranged bicycles for us so we could do a ride around the lake. The rooms were really big, we had a nice balcony view over the lake. We took safari with the owner’s brother Janaka and it was great - we saw lots of animals and were far from the crowd. A really pleasant stay with super nice owners.

we did not choose the most expensive room, but we did have the fantastic view over the lake. The bathroom was fine, bed and balcony. The staff could not do enough for us. Whatever we asked for they sorted out and always at reasonable cost. They arranged the taxi when we left and our trip to Bundala. Food was made to order. WiFi worked well. We had a great time here for four days as this is a lovely area especially for those wanting to birdwatching.

The lady who is owner of this place is really helpful and truthful. You can see how much she cares about her clients. She arranged us a good safari trip and we felt safe. the room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. The location is not that good but it's a good place just to go to safari.
