“Fabulous place, I've stayed in many luxurious hotels in different countries but I have to say I have never stayed in a hotel like that. I went to Tissamaharama for visiting yala National park but the number of birds that i saw in national park wasn't as large as in our hotel. I saw many kinds of birds in this place such as peacock, stork, nightingale and other birds. It was so nice and our room was big and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and it had an amazing view of the lake. Their food was delicious and the wifi was good and unlimited. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to has experience of sleeping in paradise.” Read more

“The location is awesome! If you get-up early enough you'll be able to spot at least 5-10 peacocks hanging around. Pool and the property is regularly maintained and clean. Staff was super friendly and helped in every aspect. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We ended up ordering the dinner from the hotel and they were good enough to deliver some of the food to rooms, etc. Staff was willing to arrange a bonfire for us, but the rain stopped us there. “This place is fantastic! Turned out to be even better than in the pictures. The territory is very beautiful, it's very green with all sorts of trees with growing fruit on them - banana, coconut, mango. We also saw different animals like monkeys, lizards and squirrels. Buffalo swim in the lake, which is right next to the hotel. We loved the pool - it's always a plus in such a hot weather. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was tidy and specious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They got us everything we needed, including organizing a safari and a ride to another town after we checked out. I recommend this place to anyone really!
