Beautiful property and compound with design flair. Good food and host treated us so nicely. It’s in a fairly quiet location on the edge of the town and near the lake, so we enjoyed walking through local neighborhoods and bird watching nearby. (Loads of bats at sunset!) Nice pool area across little street from most rooms. Staff arranged two excellent safaris to Yala and Bundala NPs. We enjoyed both, but really loved the tranquility of Bundala.

The property was very clean and so well decorated. You will never see another hotel like this one. The swimming pool was delightful. We stayed there for one night right before going to Yala National Park. The staff was very kind. They serves us beverages when we were at the swimming pool and they prepared take away breakfast for the next morning for our safari

Clean, spacious room. Good pool. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly owner. Helped with safari booking (Yala) and driver to the next destination. Nice breakfast and large dinner, even adding ice cream as a desert. Good location—5 minutes by tuk tuk everywhere.

An amazing hotel with a different and interesting design concept. The Staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. Everything is in order and clean. Pool and garden are gengeous for relaxations. I’m totally in love with this hotel. Everything is excellent. I regret that I could not stay longer.

Sujith was such a nice host! Because it was not that busy, we got upgraded to a different room. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Swimmingpool is amazing, surrounded by fruit trees and palms. The breakfast he made for us was very nice, scrambled eggs, toast and lots of fresh fruits.

The owner was the best and the design of the hotel is stunning. We loved to hang around in the pool after a morning in the safari, for which the owner prepares you a lunch/breakfast before you leave. The room vas very spacious and clean. We initially booked two nights and due to some changes in our schedule only stayed one. We wanted to pay for both nights but the owner did not let us. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very tastefully designed. Our room was very spacious with a nice bathroom too. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures posted. It is very clean. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. I would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately we were on an itinerary that did not allow it. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel for more than a night.

The staff is excellent. Always present and happy to help. The food was good, and the pool really clean. The room and bathroom are really big. You can ask them for breakfast to go if you do the safari.
