The place is on the beach. You can hear the waves in your bed at night. The beach is very quite the whole day, unlike hikkaduwa. Sea is not very wavy, suitable for children to swim in (with the supervision of parents ofcourse). Our host Titus has got excellent English and is respectful of your space. Complimentary breakfast and coffee were also good. Ticked all the boxes for us.

It's right on the beach with private access, great views of the quiet, unspoilt end of the beach and so much nicer than the very built up end of Hikkadawa beach. It was a very pleasant surprise after seeing the central area of Hikkadawa. It's basic but good and the owner and staff are soo.... helpful and friendly. It really made it. They will do anything to help and are very flexible with timings and requests. It was good value for what it was. The bed was comfy with good mosquito net and AC and hot water. The breakfast was also very good.

It's not far from the main tourist area and we loved that we weren't directly where all the tourist where.. there is a few locals about ( which is lovely) and almost the beach to yourself at times. The staff where so lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast included was great and the sunsets from the verandah are amazing. Great value for money.. would definitely stay again and recommend staying here for a peaceful stay.

The view of the ocean is great, we had a private beach, no crowd, truly peaceful, just the sound of the ocean. The rooms are simple, but clean. The staff are so nice, couldn't have been more helpful! The owner picked us up at the airport and organized a safari and a whale watching tour for us. Huge thanx to Amal, who is an incredibly nice and helpful guy. He taught us snorkeling. Would definitely recommend! Best place in Sri Lanka 🙂
