The property is located by the beach and provides a scenic view of the ocean. The staff at the property are excellent and make sure the stay is extremely comfortable. We had the team with Indica, Samar and Shabruddin ( our in house chef) make the trip extremely comfortable. The rooms are aesthetically done and well maintained.

incredible location, fantastic staff and delicious meals. this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. from the balcony in front of our room or from the pool, we watched amazing sunrises/sunsets, saw dozens of sea turtles right in front of the property and watched surfers all day long. the staff went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible. and the Sri Lankan breakfasts were to die for! there were lots of little restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. if you’re looking for a luxurious memorable place to stay on the Sri Lankan coast, look no further because this place is truly special.

First of all I have to mention the great people who work here. Super accommodating, helpful and friendly. The place is very intimate, with not many bedrooms, not luxurious or high end, super basic (even the suite room). I would have liked if the furniture, bedding and towels were better quality, also bathroom products could have been better for the price we paid. They products a variety of food for lunch and dinner, which was delicious and it was lovely to sit at the balcony, see and hear the waves. Breakfast was also good but not the tastiest. The location is certainly much better than being in Mirissa town center as it’s much quieter here with a few good restaurants and coffee shops. It’s right in front of the ocean but please note is not possible to swim due to the big waves.
