The staff was very nice and helpful, the best so far I have ever experienced, could say they took an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as it possible. The rooms were great too. I made a mistake when ordering and picked the wrong room, but thanks to nice receptionist and the manager our little family got the room perfect for us. Very happy that I chose this hotel for our short stay in Lithuania.

Curtains were old, dirty and broken, only 1 window could be opened. Floors and window corners could have been cleaned better.

Stuff was very old and broken. TV was like a computer monitor very small. Anyway in advertisement was said, that there is sauna and jacusi, but it also not worked at that time.
There was clean room, it has shower and toilet. Also there was TV and anytime you can buy snacks.

It was really cold in the room because the wind was blowing through the closed windows. There was an inappropriate painting in the room and it had a hole in it. Also, the pillows were really high and hard as stones so it was impossible to sleep on them.

There was few issues but nothing major, just few loud people, but it’s not really hotels fault, it got sorted straight away.
The staff was very nice and helpful, the best so far I have ever experienced, could say they took an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as it possible. The rooms were great too.
