Dear Guests, We are offering an elegant apartment on the ground floor with everything one can need to have a comfortable staying: two separate rooms with a double bed in one room and a large double sofa with a sleeping function in another (there is one more small sofa-bed in the hall if needed for more guests), a cozy bathroom with a tube and a separate WC, a very nice kitchen with all necessary appliances (micro-wave, fridge, gas stove and oven, coffee-machine table with 4 chairs, glassware, towels, tea, coffee and sugar are included), and a separate laundry room. There is a very fast WIFI in this apartment and a distant control outdoor, two balconies and a large entrance hall. The building has been recently fully renovated so yo can fix heating temperature your own way and there is a recuperations system as well. There is a double bed and a double sofa-bed in this flat but only in case of reservation of 5 guests we are supplying one more extra-bed (single). We want to warn you that bicycles, scooter and other vehicles are not allowed to be kept inside the apartment. You can keep them in the common corridor. We just want to warn our guests that we are not allowed to sign out commercial recipes (invoices) to companies, but just can give a bill to a person.
