Feel the energy of youngest city in Latvia. Visit Plavinu HES biggest hydro electric power plant in Eastern Europe. Jump in to Soviet union citizens daily life by visiting museum exposition "Soviet years" (Padomju Gadi). Enjoy Latvian cuisine in "Panna" bistro which is located 15 minutes walk from the property.
