The exterior of the house (yellow one, there are two on the property) and the location are wonderful, it is clean and well maintained. There were a few things that were missing in the kitchen, but overall it was sufficiently well equipped for a short stay. The quality/price ratio exceeded our expectations.

Located in a picturesque area within the Gauja National Park, Jaunbrenguļi offers self-catering accommodations in holiday houses with free private parking and Wi-Fi. The town of Cēsis is 3.1 mi away. The nonsmoking holiday houses are bright and decorated with wooden furniture. Each comes with a bathroom with a hairdryer, a fireplace and a seating area. In addition, there is a CD player. Guests at Jaunbrenguļi have use of all kitchen appliances that are needed to prepare a meal: a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave, as well as kitchenware. Barbecue facilities are provided outside. There is a sauna in Family Villa, available at extra charge upon reservation, and a pond, where swimming is possible. Guests can rent out bicycles or go hiking around the forests of the national park and along the river Gauja. The snowpark Žagarkalns is about 6.2 mi away and Cēsis Train Station is about 4.7 mi away.
