The Sauna was great, location was perfect as we went kayaking in near lakes. Host was very welcoming :)

LatviaWe had a fabulous time at the Aglonas Lidakas! The hosts were super welcoming and really cared that people were having a good time. We stayed in the rustic sauna house and it was well worth it! Its absolutely stunning in the summer. There is an outside kitchen/entertainment area with all-weather curtains that open onto the lake. We had a family reunion there and the hosts did a wonderful job of catering with hot ‘Plovs’ (a rice dish) and shashlik on the BBQ. The house itself is very cosy and the best part was getting nice and hot in the sauna and jumping in the lake or for the adventurous flying down the waterslide! NOTE - adults do need to use their hands on the side to slow themselves down it is very fast (kids were fine). Its just a beautiful experience and we fully recommend it to anyone.
