The location is very suitable if you want to get around on foot. We loved our room's little kitchen area where we could make ourselves some breakfast. Also, having a private entrance was a nice bonus.

It's the second time I stop by in Otra Elpa but again it has been a positive surprise. The host is a very nice and polite young woman who arrived immediately to show me the room as I arrived. Room was very good with window to the inner courtyard where I parked my car safely. Very comfortable in term of temperature: you can regulate the radiator and you can use the comfortable opening window to get fresh air according to your desire. Bathroom was clean. Thank you again for the nice staying. Great value for money and I am sure I will be back in case I need to be in Valka and Valga next year.

Easy to reach, the guest house offer a very calm atmosphere, quiet rooms with comfortable bathroom. It has been perfect for one night stop during a long drive in EU. I had the chance to park inside the inner courtyard as I asked and everything was simply perfect. The girl at the reception has been very nice and helpful giving me also the chance to pick up between 2 different rooms. Big value for money. I will for sure be back next time that I need to be around Valka! Big thanks and kind regards to Otra Elpa staff.
