Great location, beautiful surroundings, big room, soft bed, coffee & tea in room, quick and delicious dinner and great breakfast, free parking, good and free wifi, inexpensive. WC and shower was a bit old fashioned, but everything was functioning and clean, room was renovated not so long ago. it was a bit surprising to find a Chinese restaurant in a location like this, but as I already mentioned - dinner was quickly ready and delicious.

This was a nice and cosy, small family-run hotel in a quiet neighbourhood in the country-side. We liked the friendliness of the staff, particularly the owner; the Asian kitchen (both for dinner and breakfast), spacious rooms, nice views, and warm and clean water of the lake right at the hotel. Hotel is easy to find, it has access to the lake. Location is perfect to explore Gauja national park. Our room was really spacious, actually we did not expect that. Simple, but nice breakfast, friendly host and staff.
