Originally an ancient palace, its sophisticated 13 rooms boast a truly brilliant combination of traditional Moroccan hospitality and Italian stylish and tasteful flair. Expect the quintessential mix of Moroccan historical architecture and greenery combining to modern influences and an innovative decidedly retro decor, with an emphasis on Art Deco and colonial styling, where past and present blend into a harmony of colors, fabrics, materials and open spaces. In a city replete with excellent accommodations, 72 distinguishes itself for its expansive roof terrace, one of the highest in the Medina with a breathtaking 360° views on the majestic Atlas Mountains bordering the city. A large and equipped lounge space for sunbathing, relaxing and dining al fresco under the stars. Tucked away in one of Medina’ s best areas, Dar El Bacha, few minutes away from the main souks and the Djemaa El Fna square, 72 location places you close the most attractions within the Medina and the new city (Majorelle gardens and YSL museum are within 15 minutes walk). Lots to see and do just minutes from our doorstep, and thus begins what we liken to an assault on every one of your senses. We provide our customers with a detailed and personalized map of the Medina and the new town (must see, souks, gardens, restaurants, art galleries, hottest shopping spots…) and a cell phone with useful numbers and we encourage customers to bring with them out from the hotel and to use for any further assistance.
