We loved our stay at Riad Assalam. Wonderful staff that catered for all our needs, booked tours, gave advice and waited up til after midnight for our arrival after the plane was delayed 3 hours. Very well situated close to a square with restaurants, shops and bars and taxi space so it's easy to travel to the airport or to the bus/train station. The square leads directly via a long shopping street to the main Marrakech square and very safe way to get there and return. The palace is just round the corner and the tombs round the next so great for sightseeing on foot. The riad is beautiful, clean and a calm Oasis in a busy city.

The staff (Khadija, Bouchra, Jamila & Hassan) has provided a very good service. Very attentive with us. Specially with our 2.5-year-old kid. The riad is very well situated. Close to the city center but far enough to relax. There is a nice terrace/roof-top to chill. Good breakfast (even for the days we arrived and left (early in the morning)). They cook other meals on request. The given recommendations and given services (e.g. transfers) were good and well organized. There is no elevator in the riad, however we were able to leave some stuff on the ground floor (e.g. stroller or heavy luggage). There is always someone available in the riad (24h / 7 days)

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly the breakfast lady (sorry, I can't remember her name) but she was always around (including late evening!) We had a couple of days out with early starts and she prepared our breakfast at 6am with a big smile. She was amazing! Lovely breakfast. Very good location. We upgraded to a bigger room (I think it was called Kasbah) and it was totally worth it.

This hotel is a truly amazing, authentic, Maroccan style boutique hotel, in downtown Marrakesh. Beautiful arhitecture, every small detail tells you , you are în Marocco. Rooms are spatious, they have a lovely interior Court serving as a living / reception area. There is also a small swimming pool. The neighbourhood is great, it is in the heart of old Town, walking distance from the souq and all the nice restaurants and Caffes. Our hosts were very welcoming, making our stay perfect
