Lovely warm welcome by the staff. Went out their way to accommodate my glutenfree diet. The Dar looks amazing inside, great character building with a roof area for sunbathing. When there was a problem with the room we were immediately offered a really nice alternative. The afternoon mint tea and cakes was scrummy. The staff were really helpful eg sorting taxis and taking us there when akward meeting spots or times.

We loved our stay at Dar Anika very much. It is a beautiful hotel with a lot of character and full of charm. We got a lovely welcome with mint tea, dates and biscuits, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the food in the hotel too, breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The thing that was outstanding was the level of service we received from the staff. Everybody was so helpful and accommodating and courteous. I got a bottle of sparkling wine delivered to my room for my birthday, even though I hadn't told them about it. This warm hospitality was the best part of our stay, thank you all very much. Will definitely recommend!

The Riad is beautiful, colourful, and peaceful and the location excellent, just at the edge of the Medina. The staff were truly wonderful - providing exceptional advice, ideas, bookings, and answering all of our questions with patience and genuine interest. The moment we arrived, we were offered tea and treats. And then as we settled in, a staff member talked us thorough an incredibly helpful orientation of the Medina, with a map, highlights, suggested routes depending on our time / plans on any given day. We had so many lovely interactions with so many staff members; they all genuinely enhanced our holiday. The Riad Dar Anika is a jewel.

The location is excellent- right in the centre. The absolute jewel of this place is undoubtedly the staff- they are FABULOUS. we have been so beautifully looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Being February the temperature drops rapidly at night, but we had open fires, and hot water bottles left in our bed! The restaurant was excellent, beautiful fresh local food, the breakfast set us up for the day, and don’t get me started on the cakes, I’m dreading getting on the scales!

Location was great. Breakfast was perfect except that I would have preferred a more bread-like crusty roll or toast. Dinner was brilliant. Skiing at over 10000ft in the Atlas, ascending by mule, was one for the memory bank!
