Loved exploring the many winding alleyways. The place is steeped in history and culture and I was captivated by the sights and sounds of Marrakesh. The souks are plenty and varied and it was wonderful to wander amongst the merchants and bargain hard for the best deals. There is a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. Also every building has a lot of stone steps to navigate so be prepared to climb. Those with limited mobility may be challenged to get around and fully enjoy all the city has to offer. I would definitely love to go back and see more.

Beautiful city .
Beautiful city . We loved the unique streets in the Medina but were very troubled by so many motorcycles, we felt that it really detracted from the ambience. We found walking to be quite treacherous because of it and would not stay in that part of the city again even though the Riad was fabulous.
We enjoyed eating at Chez Brahim .

A great cultural experience, lovely coffee shops and good street food.
Markets are a must visit but they should ban mopeds during the day as they're a nuisance and a danger, especially to children

It is a beautiful city.
It is a beautiful city. The markets are a bit crazy and somewhat stressful. I would recommend about 3 days in Marrakesh and the traveling elsewhere. Atlas mountains were beautiful as well as the coast.

I read a lot of blogs about Marrakech before I went and I was really looking forward to it and it seemed to be safe for women.
Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I did 5 nights in Marrakech with another female and from passport control once we landed, through to the end of the holiday, I have never felt more unsafe. We had a terrifying experience with a yellow taxi going into the Medina on the first night at 7pm. Its just not safe to take these taxis, they are are trying to scam you and drop you at the wrong location.
I was groped by a male walking along the street near Jardin Majorelle, despite wearing long baggy clothes and showing none of my body.
The airport is a wild experience at passport control either side. They keep everyone there for so long pretending to be looking something up, when we could see they were just clicking in the one screen, they ask completely unnecessary questions and have a clear detain for women.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Marrakech especially if your female.

Cannot find the right area, to advise you that in your description of the Riad Sapphire, superior Suite, you state it has a patio.
No rooms have patios, so could be a disappointment if travellers were expecting this.
We excepted it was a mistake.
A beautiful property right in the heart of the Marrakech medina. The decor is exceptional and the interior design totally unique.
Each and every member of staff went out of their way to look after you, the service is the best we have experienced in any 5 star hotel that we have stayed.
We had a truly wonderful experience.
Finally we would thank the owner Steve, who is a true warm, genuine and entertaining character, who is the heart of the riad.
5 stars. Left Nothing else to be desired. True Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and the whole building gave a perfect glimpse into what it means to be in a Moroccan home/Riyadh. Would definitely come again next time I'm in Marrakesh. Youssef and the staff were friendly, helpful, went beyond out of their way and always did so with a smile. Allah yahfedhum and May Allah grant them success in all their endeavors. Ameen.
I vowed never to do all inclusive but did it for the sake of my 10yr old son. We loved it. The food is great. It’s a buffet at all meals and the only thing is they cook too much so there’s always loads left over. The pool bar serves snacks throughout so you can never be hungry. The aqua park is great for kids he had so much fun. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are a big size. Nice well kept surroundings.
very disappointed I have booked the hotel Atlas asni and it was close ….
we have been transferred to other property which was very dirty …
the room was disgusting…
the staff were very unprofessional
they have as wait more then 20 minutes to get the information from the other hotel
the room was nothing like 5 star
the breakfast below the expectations
the management of this hotel need to wake-up
We were one of the first customers to enjoy Riad 48 and spa and what a delightful experience! It’s brand new, immaculately clean, stylish, quiet and welcoming.
The staff, breakfast and spa - 5 stars.
A little gem in the middle of the medina!
Special thanks to the manager François for going out of his way with whatever help we needed.
Would go back to Marrakesh just to stay there again :)
The hotel is beautiful but the staff is incredible!! Rashid and all the staff were amazing with us, prepared every morning a delicious breakfast, helped us with everything, explained where to go and what to know.
For sure I would go back and be in the same Riad.
Thank you Rashid and all the people working there! You made a great experience of Morocco for us.
Everything was great, the price is like any other Riad in Marrakech, but you get the treatment of a 4-5 star hotel. The room was big and comfortable (and it was the only Riad we stayed in that cleaned it every day), breakfast was fantastic and the staff was just outstanding and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience.
It was like staying at your friend's house, where they give you a key and say "come and go as you please". Definitely a home from home. Sure, stay at a 5 star swanky hotel if that's your bag, but if you really want to immerse yourself in local culture, stay at a traditional riad like Tizwa, and you will gain hugely from the experience.
The manager and staffer at riad kesh soul are the best Humans I have ever encountered in Morocco, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, helped me with my flight issues more than a normal hotel would do , I am forever grateful to them for all they did for me when my flight got canceled Allah bless them
People working at the Hôtel are helpful and very friendly. This is the only 5 star experience in this hotel. However, couldn’t say the same for the checkout moment - none of the people working at the reception asked me if I enjoyed my stay at the hotel or if everything was fine.
Comparing to a 5 star hotels in the region.. this hotel is not more than 4 stars. But again money wise is not same price as a real 5 star hotel in Marrakesh. The real plus are the stuff really nice people but overworked out .. not enough capacity to service the full hotel !!
Upon arrival, the help desk were slow to respond. the check in process took ages to be completed!
the elevators were only 1- operating! in what said 5 starts hotels!!
we never had a chance to find a parking spot. we HAD to park in the street!
The riad is not extraordinary, but very spacious rooms. Lighting could be better. It is quite dark inside. However, the service is worth of a 5 star hotel. Very friendly and polite, very helpful.
Great value for money, amazing & very help staff. Good food and drinks. Overall this has to be the best all inclusive hotel I have stayed in. My friend & I will be back in November 2023!
Great stay. Small intimate clean room. Quieter part of the Medina. Bader The hotel manager was exceptionally warm and accommodating. Was nice way to end a 3 week trip of Morocco.
Great value for money.
All inclusive freedom and accessibility to all hotel facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Good variety of food and restaurants within the hotel
Why do people book a 2 starts hotel expecting a 5 starts service? This place is good for the price I paid: I needed a clean bed, shower and wifi, the essential.
The best hotel ive stayed, service was amazing, Jamal helped me with all the requests i had, i will for sure be back and recommend it to everyone, 5 star hotel
