Great Riad with absolutly amazing rooms and super friendly staff. Perfect location to explore the Medina with a Taxi spot 5 Minutes by foot, which is usefull for activities outside of the Medina. The owners of the Riad took their time to explain us everything and gave us great tipps on what to do in Marrakech but also how to behave so that we don‘t get in trouble during our stay. 100% recommand this Riad for an unforgettable stay in this beautifull city!

A hidden gem within the medina offering comfort, peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle beyond its walls. An exquisitely decorated riad, beautifully restored to a high standard. A welcoming team serving delicious Moroccan cuisine and amazing breakfasts. Felt very much like home! Massimo, the owner is super knowledgeable and always on hand to help. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

  • Can either a superior or deluxe room be made into a twin room with 2 x beds?
    One of our Double Superior rooms offers the option with twin bed, however this only comes upon availability and is not granted. We suggest getting in touch directly before booking to ensure availability.

Company information

Giorgina and Massimo, the house's hosts, welcome their guests with warmth, care and attention to provide them a wonderful experience in a familiar and friendly atmosphere. They offer hospitality to guests looking for a house where a familiar and personalised understated service is provided and they will be happy to share with you their enthusiasm for Morocco. Massimo has been living many years in Africa and has plenty of stories about his experiences. Giorgina loves cooking and will overview all the delicacies coming out of the kitchen.

Property information

The legend says that this traditional arab house belonged to an art trader. Every room has been decorated according to a typical Moroccan form of art. The house develops around a peaceful inner courtyard with a central fountain. On the 1st floor guests can access their rooms from a beautiful columned gallery. There is also a cozy roof terrace with a small plunge pool. Our rooms are ideal for double occupancy, however there is the opportunity to add an extra bed in our suites (on supplement). The property is also available for exclusive rent, in occasions such as friends gatherings, family reunions, wedding and anniversaries.

Riad le Clos des Arts is very centrally located in a quiet and wealthy residential area by the Museum of Dar Si Said, at a 5 mins walk distance from the Djemaa el Fna Square and the Bahia Palace.
