Riad Viva is a great Riad to stay in here in Marrakesh. it’s clean and well taken care of. The rooms are really nice, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. the roof top terrace is a great touch! there’s also a pool up there to relax after a long day. Breakfast was also very delicious. The staff is exceptional and friendly! Thank you to the hosts Miriam and Radwan for making our stay very memorable! We would definitely come back and stay at this Riad.

The Riad decor was beautiful. The location was very quiet. The room itself had no window but the view from the rooftop was on to a great park. The next door Riad is very upscale and its outdoor restaurant is just adjacent to Riad Viva; when sitting on the rooftop terrace in the evening, we benefitted from the quiet traditional band playing in the neighbour’s restaurant! There was no shortage of hot water. We left too early to eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on that but the Riad attendant did help carry our luggage to our car at 2h30 AM.

The three "Charming Riads in Marrakech" are run by a German couple who had discovered their love for Marrakech many years ago, and who has, in the meantime, built a small, but eclectic Riad hotel business.
The sunny roof terrace has a magnificent view onto the garden of the famous five-star Mamounia Hotel, and invites you to relax and take a sun bath in our pool and fitness area with its sun chairs. The Riad is only a few minutes from Djema el Fna, from Koutubia Mosque and El Badi Palace ; you will find an ideal and central location, a quiet place within the vibrant heart of Marrakech. It is for one of these reasons the king had his private palace built here and not elsewhere! Just a little more than a hundred yards from there, you will find a car park guarded around the clock.
