Apartmani Ema Star su modeno i luksuzno sredjeni stanovi.. Objekat se nalazi na svega 100 metara od šljunkovite plaže Paljuškovo i na 800 metara od poznate plaže Utjeha. Od grada Bara udaljen je 12 km. Apartmani imaju balkone sa pogledom na Jadransko more. Sadržie flat-screen TV sa kablovskim kanalima, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju sa trpezarijom, bio inverterove klime, bezicni internet i parking u sklopu objekta koji se ne naplacuje.Takodje svi apartmani posjeduju krevetac za bebe koji se ne naplacuje. Na 100 metara nalazi se stanica za autobuse koji saobraćaju na međugradskim linijama. Najbliža prehrambena prodavnica udaljena je 100 metara od apartmana. Stari Bar je udaljen 12 km. Ulcinj 12 km. Nacionalni park Skadarsko jezero nalazi se na 40 km od apartmana. Aerodrom Podgorica je udaljen 48 km, a Aerodrom Tivat 73 km.
