Lovely and helpful staff. Special thanks to Johanna at the front desk. We were upgraded to a nicer room on arrival (and given a welcome bottle of wine). it was a one bedroom with a separate sitting room and balcony on the 3rd floor. We had an issue with the bathroom tho and they moved us to an even nicer 2 bedroom on the ground floor. The location was awesome-we were picked up at the doc outside for a boating excursion. Wonderful breakfast provided in the morning.
United States of Americathe hotel is gorgeous, the pool and jacuzzi are beautiful, everything is clean and service is exceptional. the staff is amazing and kind, always there to help. we got help with our luggage, free beach towels, reserved a free parking space. the staff is so friendly but still professional and definitely made our stay relaxing, not a worry in the world. breakfast is amazing, there are options for everybody, savoury, sweet, veggies, fruit, waffles, pancakes, pastries, spreads, cheese, eggs etc. coffee was amazing as well.

I must mention the very kind and helpful staff who made our stay even better. There is a beach next to the hotel, really nice, albeit a bit more expensive than others.
