It's just in the middle of old town, all restaurants, bars as steps away. The host is very helpful. This is a great place, if you arrive with not so many luggages and wanna enjoy the night and feel of old town.

There are not a lot of stairs to reach the place, only a couple of floors (there is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage).
