Apartment orientation is E-W and has on both sides balcony with panoramic sea view and mountain view, which makes it extremely sunny and airy. Apartment is located on 4th floor (not counting basement) without elevator. Distance from the sea 30m. Structure of the apartment 72m2 : hallway, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen (separate) and two terraces, major part of big terrace is closed. All infrastructure is on walking distance, which makes this property good for family relaxation as well as for exotic adventure.
