United KingdomFrom arrival to departure, the whole staff made sure we were treated like VIP guests. First, we were granted a free upgrade to a room with balcony and sea view. Reception staff showed us the room and brought our luggage to the room. When wifi was not working properly in the room (due to some technical issue) we were surprised with 2 glasses of white wine "to enjoy instead of watching internet" ! The view from the balcony was very romantic and although the room size was relatively small, this made it! Our car was parked for free in the hotel underground parking by a staff member. Access to the beach and beach promenade is straight outside the hotel restaurant exit on -1. A lovely terrasse to enjoy breakfast (included) served with coffees. The breakfast buffet presented good choice of local produce and other standard products; we were welcomed to breakfast and offered to have eggs, omelettes or pancakes freshly made and served to the table.
