“Thiebold is a lovely host and met us at our arranged time to get the keys. It's a great little mini hotel with well appointed rooms on the Main Street in Grand Case. Very comfortable bed and the room was very sound proofed from road noise. Would definitely recommend!”

“Amaury graciously met me upon arrival to walk me through the property, gave me details on the neighborhood, and exchange the keys. The apartment was very spacious with a perfectly equipped kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom, centrally located (or a short walk from everything I needed) and literally across the street from the beach. Bonus: Amaury and his brother own the delicious restaurant below the apartments. I'm already planning a return visit to SXM and look forward to staying at Sunshine Studios again.”

“The location was close to a lot of good food, so a lot of places were walkable. Studio was well-soundproofed, clean and modern. A lot of cooking equipment available. The outdoor courtyard was pleasant, with seating for coffee or a quick meal. The hosts were friendly and responsive. They gave nice recommendations for food in the area - our only regret was that their restaurant, Bistrot Caraïbe, wasn't open when we were there, as I'd been looking forward to trying their lobster thermidor.”

“The property is just completely remodeled and the unit is PERFECT clean, modern, hip, NEW flooring cabinets fixtures furniture bathroom. Location is heart of ‘restaurant row’ in Grand Case = best location. Owners are extremely friendly helpful pleasant. I totally recommend this above anything is this area.”

“The studio apartment was modern and fully equipped for our needs. They even had coffee, and some drinks in the fridge for our arrival. We loved the small balcony where we sat for breakfast, and for lunch when we were home. We were close to many fine restaurants and the fun lolo barbecue ones. There was a bakery around the corner where we bought our baguette for breakfast/and or lunch. We felt safe.”
