I liked everything there, starting from the room that was so clean and good furnitured, excelent staff behaviour and welcomed until SPA and pool which was perfect.

i love all of it. amazing staff, especially in the dining area, the waiter Pavel was extraordinary. We are vegetarians so we had amazing choice of food to choose. The clean pool area and the spa is on highest level . what i really liked is also the owner son works as a waiter too and u can't even notice because so humble and friendly.

Everything was exceptional. The swimming pool was great, we used both, the children and the pool for adults. The water temperature was consistently same, as well as the temperature out of the water. There were different kinds of meals for breakfast and dinner. The restaurant staff was kind and gentle. I would definitely go there again with my family and will strongly recommend everyone. It's more then worth for the money we pay

The hotel is located further away from the city, but it is a good starting point for hiking (off season). The room with the view of the forest was pretty calming. The pool, jacuzzi and 2 saunas (finnish with mint aroma and turkish wet room) were great to relax in. The staff was very nice, they tried to accommodate all of our wishes - sadly they didn't have bikes for rent anymore (mid October), but they did prepare us a prepackaged breakfast on the last day because our flight was super early. Breakfast and dinner were simple, but still nice, maybe some variety in salads and tea would be good. Ohrid and surroundings are amazing, we wish we could have stayed longer (were there only 3 nights), because if you want to see other parts around the lake, it takes time. All in all a great fall destination and also a good city trip.
