“Good location if you're a walker. Actually, motorcycle taxis are inexpensive and readily available too. Hotel is clean and everything works. Quiet at night, good for sleeping. Easy walk to night markey and old town. REALLY close to boat from Mawlamyine. Hotel can arrange all your transport, and transport will pick you up right there. Priceless. Staff is great! “Great building, big room with all facilities needed, staff was fantastic throughout our stay and helped us arrange everything - including a bus Yangon-Ngapali by calling in our behalf to bus companies in Yangon, zero commission. Breakfast is a combo of Asian/western (fried rice or noodles plus eggs, toast, fruit, buffet style) which was good and filling. They rent scooters for 10k a day which was fair considering the tank was 3/4 full. In the main road, so buses will pick you up and drop you off right at the door. ” Read more

“The staff members were excellent. There aren't enough kind words to describe their professionalism. The two daytime staff members who greeted us upon arrival immediately helped us set up drivers to Mt Zwegabin and other sightseeing destinations for reasonable prices. Any questions or concerns we had, they were very responsive and kind. The next morning, at 4 a.m., the staff provided hot breakfast for us to eat on our way to our sunrise hike. For our departure from Hpa An, one staff member called our bus company and arranged the bus to pick us up at the hotel, making our lives much easier. We didn't even have to ask for this help -- they just gave it! Really incredible customer service! The breakfast was quite good on the rooftop of the hotel on our second morning -- great views of the river! The rooms are a good size and quite clean.” Read more
