The sauna, steam bath & jacuzzi all in a room with 2 toilets. Okura is in Galaxy where they have wave pool, the lazy river & the hot jacuzzi outdoor. The resort also have gyms and health spa, lots of restaurants to choose from.
MacauMy family and I loved our stay! The hotel is excellent, the rooms are exceptional and have all that we could expect. The staff is very nice and well trained, doing everything possible to help and make the stay enjoyable. Furthermore, the Podium with the swimming pools and play areas is the best I know. Having worked in hotels for several years, I know how difficult it is to achieve this level of quality. Congratulations Okura… and Galaxy!
MacauThe room is quite big. The Grand Resort Deck is awesome. My daughter loved it so much, that she spent 1.5 days in the pool! She especially loved the wave pool and didn't want to go home. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
MacauWe got an amazing upgrade, cake and a medium bottle of French red wine because it was my birthday. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in the apartment was the best experience ever. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. It was the best birthday in all my 55 years.

MacauThe front desk agent Miss Masami Shimoda is really friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. I am celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and the hotel prepared a complimentary cake for us. However, there's no late check-out or free upgrade. The breakfast is not buffet due to pandemic but still it is tasty.
