Activities in Gozo: We can point you in the right direction and also book various activities, i.e. Ggantija Temples, Ten Pin Bowling, etc. We sell tickets for Comino trips (the small island between Malta and Gozo)- please let us know should you be interested, for further details. Transfers from the Mgarr harbour in Gozo to the farmhouse in Xaghra, and vice-versa, are available at a cheaper price. We also arrange for transfers from the Malta International Airport to the farmhouse in Xaghra, and vice-versa.

Property info

Living in a traditional 400 year old Gozitan farmhouse built of customary sandstone (cool in the heat of the summer, warm in the winter) with its own natural well. Spacious patio where guests dine under the stars. The house is surrounded by fields at the end of the village mound, which is a quite location. The distance from the farmhouse to Xaghra's square is approximately 10 minutes by walk. A bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Free Wi-Fi. Private parking area. Air-conditioner is available via coin metre. No extra charges. -------------------------------------------------------------- The house sleeps up to 9 guests. Special rates for groups of 7 guests+ (please contact us for more information). The house has: (a) 2 x twin rooms with two single beds each, and (b) a big room (the family room) with a double bed and three single beds. Anyone is welcome at our cosy and beautiful farmhouse.

The village square is merely a 10 minute walk - Xaghra has a beautiful piazza with an exotic church which is flanked by many restaurants, cafes, ATM and places of interest. The village life in Xaghra is a wonderful experience on its own. Convenient access to the capital Victoria (Rabat), surrounding villages and beaches. Public transport from the town square of Xaghra to Victoria (Rabat), to every corner of the island. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes walking distance. We can arrange the hiring of cars, jeeps, scooters or Bicycles; quad bikes. Walking maps are also available. Hop On Hop Off Tour Buses pass in the centre of the village
