The block of apartments have only recently been lovingly restored, whilst respecting the property's original fabric, by maintaining traditional features such as, patterned tiles, high ceilings and Valletta's iconic enclosed timber balconies. Each apartment has been individually designed and finished to a high level each having their own character. A lot of love and attention has been placed in decorating the place ensuring that the apartments provide guest with a cosy and homey atmosphere - A place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring! At roof level (accessible by lift) there is a beautiful shared roof garden terrace, offering guests, sun loungers, seating and a barbecue area. From here Guests can enjoy views over Grand Harbour and the open sea, as well as, admire Valletta's skyline adorned by they city's many church domes and steeples.
As a Valletta resident I have always had a great admiration and love for our little Capital city. Having worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years managing some of the city's most prestigious properties, I have quickly gained a reputation amongst my guests as the Walking Talking WIKI of Valletta. I am always keen to share the knowledge I have about the city's attractions, particularly those hidden gems off the beaten track that you will not read about in your guide books! Valletta has an array of top quality bars and restaurants and we would be more than happy to advise the best places to dine. In addition it would be an absolute pleasure to help you build a schedule for your visit, to ensure you enjoy the best that Valletta and Malta has to offer!
The property is located in one of Valletta's most exclusive streets. What makes the location so unique is that one can experience an authentic Valletta neighbourhood, yet still being a stone throw away from major attractions, such as St. Johns Co Cathedral and the Upper Barrakka Gardens, great bars and restaurants and the Capital's gorgeous city centre. Since St Paul's street is just off the main thoroughfare, one still finds many of the old wooden shop fronts, which are being renovated and making way for new quirky boutiques which share the street with a number of small family businesses which add further to the streets charm and character. The jewel in the crown of our neighbour hood, is the Parish Church of St Paul's Shipwreck Church. The building is a feast for the eyes, with every inch of the building lavishly decorated. The church is open to the public and is one of those hidden jewels I strongly advise you visit!
