The hotel lobby area and restaurants were very clean. Room was relatively clean and were cleaned every day - friendly housekeeping and cleaning staff. Breakfast was limited options however very helpful Muslim staff who was able to tell us what was halal. The spa massage was amazing - one of the best I’ve had. There were baby changing facilities in the lobby area which was fantastic as this was very hard to find in most of Malta.

Fairly good location, with 24hr reception, restaurant, very small gym and very small indoor pool. Room was equipped with kitchen facilities - fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and hob/rings. Plenty of crockery and glasses etc plus sharp knives and cutlery. Comfortable beds and space to move around, with added bonus of a small table and chairs. Parking available for a few cars right outside. Very close to bus stops.

The staff was so genuine and friendly, from Reception to Housekeeping, everyone I encountered was authentic and made my stay so much better. My room was ready earlier (which always depends on availability so don't be angry if you can't check in early) which made me really happy. The room was great and I felt at home, it's modern, has everything you need and if you need something, Reception and Housekeeping will help you with a smile :)
They even have a pool! They have cigarette vending machines, flyers, drinking water and even books in the lobby which was a pleasant surprise.
If you're thinking about coming here for vacation - Do it! The hotel is right next to Bugibba Square which is a nice area with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc while still not being too busy. I didn't book any excursions but I saw that they had vouchers for the Bugibba Aquarium (when I was there at least).
The staff will be some of the kindest you will ever encounter and I've worked in big hotel chains. Literally every single one of them is kind and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come back!

picturesque, cool and windy wonderfully wild at times, this was early spring, and I'm no beach lover, but a good walk along length. Transport via bus is very good, worth getting a roaming 7 day card, 25e for as much travel and often as you want, 10 trips and its paid for, the rest is bonus. plenty of towns Sites and cities to visit. avoid the 17.00-18.00 tme, its gridlock, but if you cool about that and don't mind 'sardines' on the local bus, its ok and plenty to look out for ready for the following day. Plenty of expats have settled here, so no shortage of guidance and advice. No shortage of local shops and small supermarkets to use if you have a kitchen available, Wellbies is probably choice in the town itself, a very good Lidl just outside, but accessible by bus on your daytrips..

St Paul's Bay is a very touristy part of Malta, which provides excellent value for money if a little less traditional. However, the public transport and hire car options on Malta (which is a very small island - driving to most places takes under 30 minutes) make this an excellent base to explore from. The bars, restaurants and coastal areas of St Paul's Bay provide a wide choice for all tastes and wallets. Swimming beaches and running routes are easily accessible. The classic car museum and aquarium offer interesting activities should you wish to pay for something, otherwise a cheap and interesting holiday can be had here without breaking the bank. The promenade is safe and easy for a stroll to look out to sea or spot a classic/super car (whilst we were there we saw several Mercedes, Porsche and an Aston Martin) or head to safe swimming areas - pretty well suited if you like triathlon training as there are bike hire shops around here too.

The only thing we didn't like was being invited to a nearby hotel to supposedly look round and show interest in staying there but ended up them trying to sell us a very expensive membership to a club in exchange for them selling you cheap holidays. For our time they gave us €25 & a free beach bag.Thereafter when we declined there offer they became aggressive . I would warn others not to get involved in this in the first place.

Lots of restaurants, some on the beachfront.
Lots of restaurants, some on the beachfront. We really enjoyed the Travellers Rest - good food, great value and service. Easy access to bus depot for trips to Valetta and Mdina. We did lots of walking along the coast.
Definitely not a beach holiday destination as the coastline is very rocky with only a couple of very small patches of sand. Certainly not suitable for children.

Not a very pleasant place, at least in winter, we saw a gang fight from the balcony and the police were always around at night.
In other words, I didn't feel completely safe in the place, so I could let my guard down and relax without worry!
Everything about this hotel was amazing , super clean hotel, amazing friendly staff all over the hotel especially reception and bar and restraunt staff, breakfast was absolutely amazing with so much choice, perfect location so close to everything , it was my first time in Malta I came for my birthday and I will most definitely be returning to this hotel especially thank you for making my first visit to this country amazing , also a big big thank you for my birthday cake and wine
I would like to make a complaint against the hotel that I booked on your website and spent 4 nights there.
Before our arrival in Malta, we were not informed about the renovation/construction at the hotel wall and every day from the very morning +/- 7.00 work with heavy equipment began - drilling, chiselling, etc. I believe that such information should be posted anywhere, because in this case we would definitely not choose this hotel.
Greetings,
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were blown away by its modern style, extremely nice, friendly, helpful and professional staff! Overall one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve in a while! Great value for your money at one of the most desired locations in Malta! We will for sure choose this hotel again if we ever were to visit Malta in the future!
very good location, close to restaurants and small markets, also close to the beach (which is definitely not the best in Malta).
The indoor and outdoor pools were great and the flat was also very good fitting is comfortably and allowing to color breakfast in house.
good service and we were well received and attentive responded when needed
This hotel is definetely a good choice to stay in Malta. The room was nice, clean and had a balcony, wi-fi connection was ok, they also had a free of charge gym and a rooftop pool for the guests. The location is great, close to a bus station in St. Pauls bay, surounded by bars and cafes, not too far away from the closest beach too.
It was locoated in a very good place along the waterfront, and the hotel itself was a nice experience to stay at. It was quite and staff were very friendly! Large room for a cheap price. Despite the prie, quality of the room was still very high. There's free parking on the streets in front of the hotel. There's also a bus stop.
Nice aparthotel with great views of the sea. The apartment is new and fully equipped. Even St. Paul's bay itself is, in my opinion, a top choice in Malta. Parking sometimes takes a while, but we never ran out of street parking, maybe just parked a few hundred meters away.
I liked everything about this apartment, from location to amenities to staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I slept in. I enjoyed talking to all the staff and I learned a lot about Malta from them. If I ever come back to Malta I am going to stay here.
We had a clean, spacious room with a balcony and twin beds as requested, Food was really good with a wide choice and ample portions. Drinks very reasonably priced. The hotel is ideally placed for exploring Malta, with bus stops very close to the hotel.
Stuff is amazing and kind. Always happy and ready to help. Room was nice too. Really big and comfortable. We had daily cleaning.
We had room only and eat out so we don't know how was the food inside hotel.
great clean place and if you do your research it’s miles cheaper than most hotels around. a little out of the way but the bus stop is next to the hotel and you can get anywhere in Malta on the bus.
Great location. The Restaurants belonging to the Hotel were really good and the staff was outstanding. Aquarium of Malta is around the corner. Great breakfast buffet.
the property was pretty well located. not on the water but close to it and has a beautiful view of Malta at the roof top pool. super pretty to watch the sunset from!
