Super front of house staff who were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Turn down service in the evening with great housekeepers who checked we had everything we needed. Central location but quiet and surrounded by all types of restaurants from pizzeria to Michelin starred. 5 mins from ferry to Gozo and 3 Cities and 10mins from the local bus terminal to explore beautiful Malta. The Palazzo is a beautifully renovated home and still has the special feel of this despite being a hotel. Very unique. Highly recommended. Evenings on the roof terrace are sublime if there is music wafting across the rooftops.

Hong KongSimply amazing couldn't describe it differently. The staff are so welcoming. They welcomed us with a drink. They asked us what was the occasion and we said that it was our 8th year anniversary immediately they gave us an upgrade free of charge. They took our luggages to the room and then they showed us up to our room. In the middle of the day they gave us a written note stating that they thank us for choosing their boutique hotel accompanied with two small sweet treats which was really sweet. The pool is so nice and relaxing and the food is amazing. Recommended 100%.

MaltaOur one night in Pallazzo Consiglia was an experience of an excellent stay .The boutique hotel is designed to perfection .Our room was beautiful and very comfortable and the staff were truly helpful .Tony the receptionist made us feel more then welcome and when he saw that we are Maltese he spoke in Maltese , although he is dutch and we loved it .We intend to visit again for sure .
