Petra Penthouse has a footprint of 250 sqm, of which 120 sqm is the large external terrace with unobstructed views and the remaining 130 sqm internally. The property benefits a large bright kitchen/ living/ dining room finished to a high standard. There are three bedrooms, all air-conditioned, 2 of which are en-suite. The guest bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath and the kitchen comes fully equipped . You also have full use of a gas BBQ on the terrace together with sunbeds and outdoor furniture with country and Dwejra sea-views. The apartment is just 4 mins away by car from Dwejra beach (800 metres). Our priority is offering a clean and comfortable apartment (cleaned prior to arrival and also upon departure) together with a total relaxing and quiet environment.
I am a TV producer so my time during the day is quite limited. Having said this, i'm a phone call away and available most evenings after 19.00hrs.
San Lawrenz is a charming traditional village in western Gozo just inland of the unusual geological attractions of Dwejra Bay and next to the Ta’ Dbiegi Craft Village. San Lawrenz is built on a plain surrounded by three hills, Ta’ Għammar, Ta’ Gelmus and Ta’ Dbiegi which rises 195 metres above sea level to Gozo’s highest point. This picturesque village has succeeded in retaining its traditional and rural lifestyle. The village feast of San Lawrenz is celebrated in the first week of August. Two Childcare centres centres available nearby just 10 min by car.
