My name is Neville Galea and together with my wife, Ruth Galea and our employees we run our holiday homes with great passion. My father Joseph Galea started renting apartments back in 1981 and so it has become a family tradition. Our holiday homes are in the best touristic locations and have been designed, built and furnished for this purpose. We do our best to offer high quality accommodation at the best prices. Unlike small holiday home owners we are always available, have our maintenance staff, cleaning staff, and dedicated representatives which welcome our guests and see to all their needs during their stay. We also offer a 24/7 support service during your holiday. We hope you will be our guests soon!
The seafront is just 200 m away from the apartment. This large apartment is located in a quiet but central area in St Julian's - it is one of the largest touristic areas in Malta and is therefore suitable for tourists of all ages. This apartment is blessed by a lot of light and is very airy. This apartment has a wonderful layout with a central combined kitchen-dining-sitting room. This room has big windows overlooking 2 big internal yards and gets lots of light all throughout the day. The main bedroom is at the back of the property and has a big bay window overlooking the prestigious Portomaso residential and upmarket shopping complex. The second bedroom is in the central part of the apartment and has 2 single beds. At the front of the property there is an extra massive 3rd bedroom, which has a lot of Space for extra beds. This apartment has 2 WC, one with bath and one with shower. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas and electric heating and fans. This apartment is easily reachable by bus or taxi from the airport and Seaport. The block is served by lift but at the entrance there are 20 steps.
St Julians is also full of life all year round. Here you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs (Paceville-Maltas best nightlife area is just 400m away from this penthouse), Alfresco restaurants, variety of international restaurants, etc. The closest sandy beach is St Georges Bay and it is only 10 min on foot away. The best sandy beaches are 20-30 minutes by bus away. The big supermarkets are just round the corner while the a little mini market in the same street (less than 30m away) makes it so convenient to get all the daily needs with no stress!
