Property info

Simar farmhouse is a designer finished property. The charming, converted house of character is situated minutes away from the lively village square (where you will find bars, restaurants, church, pharmacy and grocery stores). Ground floor comprises a spacious combined kitchen with breakfast table, living and dining area having a lot of natural light owing to the big arch doors leading to the pool area and another two windows. The main bathroom, washroom area and also two double bedrooms with en suite shower and AC unit are also on ground floor. A spiral modern staircase leads to the first floor which consists of another bedroom, also with en suite shower and AC unit. This bedroom overlooks the pool area. Property enjoys a private pool with jacuzzi function, and also has another external staircase which leads to the roof terrace. The roof terrace enjoys magnificent sea, country and town views. Included: Welcome food package - stays over 5 nights Complementary linen change for stays longer than a week. Extra Cost: Cleaning service & Linen change before a week AC units Any activities required, must be booked at booking stage. MTA: HPI/G/0298

Neighborhood info

Activities are hosted by third parties. Bookings must be made in advance. If you want to eat out or have a drink, you're only a few minutes walk away from the local village square where you'll find a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Qala, is ideal for hiking, and also swimming in the clear waters of Hondoq ir-Rummien bay and nearby coves. The village feast is on the first Sunday of August, which is preceded by a week of celebrations. During this week you can enjoy the fireworks, music by the local band clubs, and appreciate the Maltese culture.
