The island is so relaxing and even though quite small the positioning of the restaurants, bars and activities give a real impression of space. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made us feel part of the family. The bar staff at the Sun set and Beach bars were fabulous and very entertaining. My wife is gluten and dairy free but nothing was too much of a problem for Chamil, and his team. Nawala went out his way to make sure she was catered for. I would highly recommend staying at Dhonveli it’s a truly fantastic experience.

Sakkafi Bangladesh

First time on a resort in Maldives and was amazing. We chose this one because it was not too far from Male, 25 minutes by speedboat and we are happy we did. The speedboat could be arranged anytime of the day to proceed to the resort and leave to catch your flight. Hassan was amazing, helped us feel comfortable during our check in time and showed us the island. We had an all inclusive package. The food was amazing, a lot of variety. There were watersports to do. At night in the bar was something special like karaoke and live music. The view was amazing watching the blue clear waters of the sea. A few little friendly sharks swimming with us was unbelievable. We were on a honeymoon and they offered us some fruits and wine. The water bungalow was superb. Going with a few clothes was enough as there is laundry (by paying) and all necessary thinks like iron and hair dryer.

Great resort, wonderful stay made by people here, everyone is so warm, nice and making everything possible for an excellent vacation. Really felt very welcomed, thanks to all people starting from boat, reception, cleaning, restaurant, bars and kitchen. Very pleasant surprised on how they managed food for our daughter with multiple allergies. Food is delicious and buffet is very efficient, not very big but having options for all tastes and diets (including gluten free). Amazing spots for snorkelling. We also appreciated that we received an upgrade on room type. Looking forward to return :)

This resort was beautiful we upgraded on arrival to an over water suite and it was the best money we’ve ever spent. Completely changed our honeymoon and we are so glad we did as there is a dedicated restaurant, swim up bar and pool just for these suites. All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond.

Amazing food - really delicious, wide variety, even pork Really nice and lovely staff at the restaurant Maakana (also at the beach bar and housekeeping) Overwater bungalow needs little bit of love but very nice and cozy (recommend to take shoes to the water because of the rocky ocean bottom) but it would need some minor repairs and renovations Good arrangement of arrival and departure Overall, except communication problems written in :(, very lovely stay (our first at Maldives and hope not the last)

The trip here was unforgettable. We got an upgrade to a beach villa suite and all inclusive meal. We enjoyed everything to the fullest. Beach was clean as staff do cleaning with brooms in the morning (I liked watching this activity as it made me feel so warm and home). Staff at the restaurant were so nice and the staff at the bar were so fun and friendly, we really enjoyed talking with them and felt lingering the date we left. Highly recommended!!!

Everything. Amazing atmosphere given by all who Work there. Beautiful furniture In rooms, beautiful Bay for snorekling and swimming. Food was fantastic. We viseted several different islands and that one was NO1 (food, drinks, atmosphere)
