Staff of the hotel is perfect! They are ready to help in any situation and for any request. They booked air tickets for us, met us at the airport, also we were travelling with them to manta ray excursion. The room is nice, and clean. Breakfast and dinner were amazing.

First, the administrator of the property, Rippath, arranged all things (transport, transfers, all this stuff) so was extremely easy for us to arrive at the property. The room was clean, spacious having TV, AirCon, WiFi, fridge... The bathroom is big, clean, the towels were fluffy:) The breakfast was enough. The hotel stuff is incredibly friendly (especially Ripon). Our only regret ... the time was too short:( We will come back for sure .... for minimum 15 days.

What made our vacation the best was best Koimala staff, meals (we had all-inclusive package) and their great trips. I can fully recommended their snorkeling trips and whale shark trips. They are professionals and exactly know where to go or what make the trip unforgettable. There is very good chef who tailors the meals to your diet (my mum and aunt dont tolerate chilli/spicy meals) and there wasnt any problem. Thumb up! We really appreciated it. The room was simply equipped but sufficiently. Also the communication with hotel before our arrival was very good. Once again, thank you very much!!:)
