Please note that for reservations of 20 or more days, cleaning and electricity are not included in the price. Electricity will be charged according to consumption and guests must pay for 2 cleaning services per month, at a cost of MXN 350 per clean.
For reservations of 20 days or more, the cost of the electricity service is charged to the guest, this is calculated with the reading of the electric yard upon arrival. - For reservations of 1 month or more, 1 mandatory weekly cleaning will be done at the guest's cost. The cleaning fee varies between 350 and 450 Mexican pesos.
