Please respect the neighbors. - There are security cameras located in the common areas of the building for security and safety reasons. - Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Guests must reserve a time slot for the washer and dryer at the condominium lobby. Guests are responsible for purchasing their own laundry detergent. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets and any kind of animal are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
