United States of AmericaProperty was beautiful and well maintained. All the staff were nice and polite and went out of their way to help us if we needed anything. We accidentally locked ourselves out on the first night (don’t close the balcony doors if you’re outside lol), and they quickly sent someone to help us out. Pool was clean and nice to hang out at when you just want to relax for the day. Location was great and close enough to 5th Ave that you could walk there in 5 min but far enough that you’re away from the chaos. I’ll be booking here again when I come back.
CanadaThe property was beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. The rooms we reserved were lovely, they were very modern and very clean. The hotel was within walking distance of the beach, stores, and restaurants. And the staff was the best, they were extremely attentive and helpful.
