This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. We were here for the second time and this time around we opted for a pool villa, and we were not disappointed. The views, architecture, FOOD (!) and overall vibe is second to none in Mexico. Due to COVID the entire restaurant menu was severed as room service, but the restaurants were open too (not an issue as all restaurants have outdoor seating and plenty of distance). I had a flat tire on my car driving down from Mexico City and the motor lobby staff helped me put on the spare tire and guided me to a repair shop in the vicinity.

I loved everything about the hotel !!! The view , the architecture, the location . The amazing friendly staff ,as you arrive you feel welcomed into the best vacation ! Best breakfast menu I have ever experienced in Acapulco . I spent 4 nights , should have stayed at least a week . I will definitely plan to go back soon.

The pool is amazing, beautiful views and trees growing inside the pool that provide shade. The rooms are very private and have fantastic views if you stay at the main hotel, the beds were fantastic and the food was very good.
