We got the family suite and it was absolutely breathtaking. So clean, daily housekeepers come to the rooms, free parking, 5-20 minute drive from everything! Free access to a gorgeous beach club was incredible.

Area surrounding is in a lot of construction as is most of Tulum, but there was not any disrupting noise. The road leading to the main street is a quick walk, but it's through a seedy area and a very pothole filled dirt road. Hotel was super clean and I loved the jungle feel of the courtyard. We stayed in a huge room with a bedroom -2 queens in the main area and a king in the bedroom. Cleaners came every day and were very thorough. Staff was great and their hotel cat was a huge hit with our animal loving friend. The sister hotel with their beach access was also a great amenity to have.

The room was large with two queen beds in the main area and a king bed in a private bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors were awesome with a nice view of the courtyard that was covered in plants. Blackout curtains were also very helpful at night and the morning. Strong A/C and a smart TV that allowed us to connect to our Disney+ account. There is a small pool with a couple nice loungers and a nice hammock. One of our favorite things was being able to visit their sister resort, Alma Tulum, right on one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been on.
