Everything was great, the location, food, staff, view, beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Ultimately traveled to Cancun for work but came early for a few days vacation, will definitely stay here again. Corner room in the tower was amazing!!!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Probably one of the best parts about the trip! Bartenders and wait staff were very attentive. The food was very yummy but note that if you order a steak medium well it will be more medium rare/rare.

The property is immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeper serviced the room daily and did an excellent job. I highly recommend the Altitude upgrade. It was very much worth the extra few dollars a day because of the no wait check in and the exclusive infinity pool, a la carte breakfast and bar.

The Ocean Front corner suite at Altitude is exceptional! Love the super high ceiling and especially the floor to ceiling glass windows with amazing view of the hotel strip and the ocean! The cozy balcony and natural sunlight in the bathroom were an added nice touch. Overall, the room and the resort both exceeded our expectations. The staff was very courteous and helpful and each restaurant tried their very best to cater to our dietary needs (vegetarian), although I would suggest that perhaps they can expand a bit more their vegetarian options (beans without lard for example). Another suggestion would be to add some more events/activities for couples and / or families to enjoy (concerts, dance workshops, etc).

The staff was very polite and tried their best to fulfill every request. There was a lot of rain on one of the days and they still managed to make my boyfriend's birthday special. Valerie and Carlos did an exceptional job in making our stay at this resort one of the best vacations ever. The food was really good, and there was an abundance of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages (Miami Vice was really good). Our room was cleaned every day and the open areas were clean all the time... literally. Big bonus... there is a Starbucks, Coco Bongo, and the party vibes is just a couple minutes walk. Also, the resort and the surrounding areas were very safe 💕. Must say thanks to Jessica who works with one of the tour operators, she assisted with airport pickup / drop off and our tours. Much Thanks to the Altitude at Krystal Grand staff for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful spacious corner room with an incredible view of the ocean. Close to the downtown scene of Cancun. Buffets and small restaurants inside resort were great. Staff and crew were super friendly.

Great location in the parties area, the staff are very friendly, specially Zanabria. He is a good server at the dinner restaurants. My room had a nice sea view and very clean. The resort is very clean and 4 beautiful pools. I stayed there for 5 days as a VIP all inclusive. I love Cancún.
