very spacious, clean, and in a very good shape all the appliances. the pool was amazing and the location was great.

All was nice, not downtown Tulum, but they have some bikes you can use to move arround. You need to give a deposit of 3k Pessos per bike, but it is really nice to have bikes when in Tulum. Everything else was ok.

Our double room with patio was quite comfortable and had a fantastic, easily adjustable AC system which was a nice respite from the warm days. We enjoyed all of the hammocks and the pool area was lovely as well. We took a few plunges into the cool water and laid on hammocks over the shallow area. The rental bikes were a great plus, there is a cash deposit you need to put down (3,000mxn per bike) until their safe return. We enjoyed cruising the city by bike and the parking area for our rental car was well-kept and felt safe.

we loved our stay over there! we got an upgrade which was a suprise and the apartament was huge and very comfortable! the staff was very helpful and welcoming :) I also loved the fact we had a well equiped kitchen.
