The hotel design is really beautiful. A lot of nice common areas where you can relax. Close to the main street full of nice restaurants.

The hotel was lovely. The Staff was super helpful and kind. Very trustworthy. We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. The only thing that was challenging is the room was dark because of the beautiful black walls, so bring your headlamp! We loved staying here. Thank you Aroma Tulum!

Anything local you want to find, places you need to go, tours you might want or even getting Covid testing, they are so helpful and they really find an awesome solution to any question, they don’t just do the minimum. This place really outshone my expectations.

The location is great. Took 20 minutes to get the beach if there is no traffic. The room was spacious. Dark, but romantic. The hotel is doing some renovations. It didn't disturb what I had going on but I would stay here again.
